About DDP

Duke’s Dog Pound is a group of passionate Toronto Marlies fans who have come together to cheer on the team, watch the games together, and socialize between games.  Founded in October 2007, we have dedicated ourselves to doing whatever we can to help cheer on the home team so that they know we’re behind them in their quest to bring the Calder Cup to Toronto.  In our first year, we cheered on the Marlies to the North Division title and Conference finals.  During the 2010-2011 season, we’re committed to helping them go all the way!
To show our support, we attend each Marlies home game in Section 116 of the Ricoh Coliseum, which we’ve called “Duke’s Dog Pound” after our favourite team mascot, Duke the Dog.  During the game, we can be heard chanting and cheering at the top of our lungs!
On Saturdays, we organize Section 116 Saturdays.  You’ll find us in Duke’s PowerPlay Zone, presented by Duke’s Dog Pound before the game and at game time, we get EXTRA LOUD!  Be part of the fun!  Be part of the atmosphere!  Be part of the Marlies quest for the Calder.

It is absolutely free to join Duke’s Dog Pound!  All you need to do is simply email us and tell us that you wish to join.  To learn more about the benefits of being a member of Duke’s Dog Pound, check out our Join Us page.
